The Company is a co- operative of individual contractors with special skill sets in six different industries,Construction, Landscaping, Electrical, Pest Control, Security and Hazardous Waste Disposal. These individuals are license contractors in their industry. The Company is a first class federal and state contracting business with great people and happy government clients. The Company has registered in SAM and is a SAM Qualified federal and state contracting company in the six industries which the Company specializes in.

Communication Skills — Our communication abilities is the most important assets of our business. We assess ourselves according to how we can get our messages across, decipher the conversations around us, present ideas and resolve conflict through verbal and written skills.

Problem Solving — How we solve problems helps determine our overall effectiveness at work. Recording how we handled difficult situations in the past can likely help us in areas where we pinpoint current mistakes.

Technical Proficiency— Technology is a core component in almost all business fields, and it changes Quickly. It is, therefore, critical to our success to assess accurately how well-equipped we are in technical areas. We compare ourselves with others we consider proficient in technological abilities.

Work Discipline — The degree of discipline we possess reflects greatly in our productivity and performance on the job. We evaluate our typical work day by looking at the percentage of time we spend on each aspect of the job. We consider aspects of work discipline, to include time management, attendance and tardiness. Weaknesses in these areas indicate a problem with our work discipline. Awareness of these types of Issues is the first step in resolving them and making a general improvement in our professionalism.

Employee Relations — Dealing with conflicts and issues that arise between workers is an interpersonal skill that we master. We assess our abilities in the realm of employee relations by considering ou skills in empathetic thinking, negotiation, general guidance, honest and transparency. We work to determine the strengths and weaknesses we have in handling employee relationships. Our goal for management and employees is to behave in an ethical, impartial and honest manner at all times.
